Refund Policy

Pro is not available yet

This policy will apply once Pro launches. Free use involves no payment.

Cancel any time

Cancel from Manage at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Your first payment

If you are new to Pro and ask within 3 days of your first payment, we will refund it in full. This is available once per person.

After that

Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months or unused credits.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we will refund the mistaken charge in full. If we end the Service or your plan without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

How to ask

Email help@parquemedia.com with your GitHub username and the date of the charge. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix it faster.
